OUR VISION is to create an environment where triumphant cross-cultural followers of Christ live in the world radiating the glory of GOD in holiness, happiness (Joy) and healthiness. OUR VISION is that this growing body of believers would be noted by their lifestyles and quality of life as individuals, as families and as the church. This quality multiplication will provide a church of 21,000 in the main and multiply daughter churches.

OUR VISION is to build a staff team who direct, equip and empower the followers of Christ as those followers lead the Church in ministry. The vision consists of staff that is volunteer and vocational. A church operation directed by pastors includes Pastoral support staff whose principle responsibility is to support the executive leadership and lay-led ministries in the church and 7,000 Vision Casters (Lay-ministers). Our vision calls for a staff Pastoral ratio of one to every two hundred members.

OUR VISION is to share timeless truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ across the street and across the world. This includes training and leading each member in soul winning as well as carrying the message over the media with books and publications and two television programs. It is one, which blesses believers and one to reach an ever-changing pop culture.
