Dr. Kelly Erving, a proud lifelong native of the Inland Empire, currently resides in Rialto, CA. Guided by her deep-rooted commitment to service, she has dedicated her career to advocating for society’s most vulnerable populations. As a professional with the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Social Services, Dr. Erving works diligently to help individuals and families regain stability by navigating complex county, state, and federal regulations.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Erving is a passionate community leader. She actively serves Rialto through her involvement in various organizations, including the National Council of Negro Women, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the Rialto Women’s Club, and serves as the President of the Rialto Democratic Club. Additionally, she is a dedicated member of the Vernon Braggs Jr. Toastmasters 4064. Committed to mentorship and volunteerism, she provides guidance to youth while also assisting seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Dr. Erving’s academic achievements reflect her dedication to leadership and public service. She earned a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, a Master of Public Administration from California Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Women’s Studies from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
